Project # 1: My Graduation Project:-
Firstly We Look at the problem...
1. Problem Definition
We will outline exactly the problems that faced the investors and customers.Any investor has a lot of obstacles to establish a store especially in residential areas and within these constraints:
The first problem that faces investors is to choose a proper area. For a huge stores the required area between [750 m2 -1000 m2] for supermarkets and more than 2000 m2 for hypermarkets for example
Carrefour El-Maadi about 9000 m2 and Makro El-Salam about 10,000 m2.
These huge areas may be not available in residential areas so that investors tend to build on agricultural lands which constitute a danger on it or tend to build on desert lands that are far from populated areas which form
difficulty to customers.
The second problem is the high costs Required to construct stores to cover all the requirements ,among this requirement the cost of buying the lands is between 3,300 LE to 65,000 LE per m2 , the cost of equipment
such(Metal shelves, Products stand, Tables, Refrigerators, Lighting and its distribution, Sound System, Carts,…) and the running costs.

- The customer also faces many problems such:
- A lot of people can’t make a shopping because they have not available time or be tired.
- There is a wasted time at waiting in bus stations and subway

2. Goal
- Help investors to open new branches anywhere and at any time.
- Help customers to make their shopping anywhere they are and at any time they want

Thirdly We Look at the Idea...
3. The Idea
We convert a real shopping to a virtual shopping
The idea is to establish virtual stores by replace the stores product stands with a board. This board consists of all product images and a corresponding code called QR code this code contains the product information (id, name, price, validity period and some details), and we can exploit the store magazine by adding this code to its product.
Customer can scan this code by a smart phone camera and review the product details then set the quantity he needs and chooses one of the store distributed centers to bring the order from it or chooses to get it by
delivery then send this order to the store.
The sent order is arrived to the nearest branch to customer. After that the order products distribute to the branch partitions to speed up preparation process then products is collected and sends to the customer.
In this case, investors can open more than one branch virtually by placing the board at any place. This board can be placed in subway stations, malls, club, etc.

Project # 1: Student Home:-
We aim to build a Student Home for faculty to facilate the relationship between staff and students. Provide many questions for student to train and evaluate his/her level.Provide time to them.And the basic function of the system is to help seniors for providing a high qualified staff and help the student during his/her studies and after finishing the faculty in the labor market
Student Home project progress consists of three phases :
I- Phase 1
Auto creation and publishing online tests and student educational level evaluation.
II- Phase 2
Introduce student forum and creating topics and construct his/her mail box.
III- Phase 3
Creating fully educational social network associated with internal chat, friends acceptable and data
sharing.

Project # 2:Expert System
Specification, Analysis , Designed Prototype of expert system to university that support dean by reports of professors and demonstrators evaluation, search for them outside university and support students by guide them to the proper department , job browser , outside courses , IQ and evaluation tests.
Tools : JSF, Pacestar UML Diagrammer , MS Project.
